Downloading Vegas again... HELPPP

Hey guys, I've had a massive problem with my computer and had to take vegas off it. Now I want to try and get it back, but it HAS to be 9 not 10.
First time I downloaded it I had a lot of help and I'm not sure how to do it again. Any help please?

This happens to me every now and then because the computers in our house are finicky and we periodically have to wipe them.
SO, I always have a back-up folder with all the materials I need to re-install Vegas each time. I've uploaded it to Mediafire for you:
