I might host when it's my turn, but since I've never done so before, can I say I'm on the fence about this for now? There's quite a bit of time before it's my turn, so is it okay if I take the time to decide? :3

I was curious about the host order and since we have new members I thought I'd update the list. I bolded the ones who've already hosted MEPs. Hope you guys don't mind! I also wondered if the changes in usernames count for the updated list? I also hope I have the most recent list, I copied the one in the description of the YT channel. ^^

So basically, according to the old list the next would have been Emily since her old username started with F. But the updated would make Kate the next host of a MEP (and the next MEP would be a crossover). I noticed, however, that Grace suggested we'd put the storyline MEP underway, but since she already hosted the Us MEP I think we should hold that off for a while. But I don't know, I just wanted this updated.

So two questions, DO username changes change the host order and
Will we go with the old list and add the new members to the end of the line or go with the updated one?

well, I'm ready to host a mep any time. Just not sure what rules you guys have here.
do i need to post song suggestions for the crossover? where? collect all the finished parts and render them to 1 file? make the intro? or what?

Well since you're up next, you don't need to suggest a song at all. You can pick a song, cut it, choose a theme etc etc, anything you want. And then post it to the Sign-Ups with a new thread and then people who like the idea (which will be most of us, trust me!), will join and it's always been first come first serve. So if everyone agrees that we're using the new list, I suggest you get started with hosting !

Then the editors of the MEP will post their parts with download links to the MEP thread, you download them all and put them together. And intro's your job unless you want someone else to do it.

Also, when you post the links to the parts, make sure to include the part of the song you choose as well so the [url=https://veesewoks.forumotion.com/t37-jobs-within-the-group}MEP Music Co-Ordinators[/url] (Neriede and I) can download the parts.

k, one more thing - this flower signature. they'll be in the parts i'd get, right?

No, you'll add them yourself, so that they'll be the same size & stuff But you can find all of them on the forum!

hey guys, i was wondering what was everyones thoughts on the mep host order - i was wondering as to whether to add you, our awesome new members, to the bottom of the list or put in as alphabetical order, because i do think since the older members have been around longer they should get a chance to host, however alphabetical is the easiest way to do it. SO I DO NOT KNOW - i want to hear you guys thoughts on this.
also the next person to host is mia who should have her sign up soon, mariam is going to host when all of her exams and uni work is done, so she will be hosting somewhere further down the line. n___n

No offence to the new members, but I agree with Vee's idea about adding them to the bottom of the alphabetical list Us oldies have been waiting patiently

*places selfish hat on for few minutes* Also I'm a little confuzzled about the whole new name business, does this mean I've missed my go now since I was a 'P' but now it's passed my new username? All of this is far too confusing for my simple mind

I don't think it's selfish at all, Miranda! I think it's rather fair, and I think our new members would agree.

And to account for people who have changed their usernames since the list was first created, I propose that we stick to the old list for now, and just make that order official. It's not implausible that someone's username will change again, what with Youtube being stupid sometimes, so it'd just be easier to come up with one permanent list.

The alphabetical organization was nice to make up a list that was unbiased when the group first opened, but now that we've finally got a rhythm down, that rule doesn't have to be set in stone.

As (if) we get new members, we can just add them to the bottom, to be fair. :3

OKAY. So. Megan's MEP (In My Veins) is finished and now there are no active MEPs being hosted, right?
Mariam's not hosting yet, right? Or are her exams done already and she can host? I messaged Mia 10 days ago, since it's also her turn to host, but she hasn't replied. So should we skip down to Jessy and Momo and let Mia and Mariam host when they can? New MEP's would be fun and being active would be even more so. XD
Also, is Vee gonna host the Beauty and the Beast MEP? And are we gonna start this --- when?

And I'm gonna update the real host order (so the list I made earlier with the new members should be ignored) ASAP if that's alright.

I got a message from Vee saying it was mine and Momo's turn to host, so I think she already straightened it out with the others before us?

I'm just waiting for Momo to pick either crossover or canon, since whichever she doesn't pick will be the one I use, due to the fact that I'm lower on the list.
