I disagree. xD If I were the best, I would've mastered Japanese by now, but I got lazy and stopped studying and now I'm forgetting it... Dx

I took Spanish in highschool, and yeah, I've pretty much lost it all. XD

The only reason I know as much Japanese as I do is probably because I live here.

That, and I'm completely in love with the way it sounds and the elegance of its written form. *w*

I'm in love with it, too, but alas, I am lazy x__x I would've forgotten all of it if it weren't for my daily dose of anime and all the games I have in Japanese. And who knows, when I get my energy back, I'll probably start from scratch and eventually master it. ^^;

But yeah, I can watch anime and understand most with just listening and I can play Umineko and Fatal Frame and understand most of it even if it's Japanese so.. xD Spelling and pronunciation is easy for me, too, because it's almost identical to Finnish in a way.

Reading (and therefore, playing games and reading manga/books) is harder for me than speaking or listening, because while I have plenty of opportunity to speak/hear it, I never really got a chance to learn all the kanji like most Japanese students do, since I still go through the American education system.

I can make my way around a supermarket though, since enough stuff is in in katakana and/or hiragana.

I am working at becoming efficient in reading the kanji, though. :>

('Kay, I'm totally gonna stop spamming now, and go to bed, it's almost 1 in the morning XD )

Kanji is something I'll never learn properly. xD I remember a FEW, but ... yeah.

Then again, most of my Japanese manga has the hiragana/katakana written next to the kanji, and same with some of my games that have the text in hira/kata/kanji. xD So I probably won't bother with kanji much, since I already know hiragana and katakana.

I want to learn Japanese so badly *___* I know a bit, because of all the japanese games and anime that I watch, but I'm absolutely positive that I'll take a course once I start at uni.

I speak fluent Dutch and English, a bit of German and decent French but that's where it stops

I get reminded how little kanji I know every time I step off the base--it's EVERYWHERE, and there's no furigana above it to tell you what it means. XD

I'm always, "I'm sure I can manage! I know how to get around!"

But then I go off-base and see all the kanji and I'm like, "Shit, I don't know anything!" D:

But hey, since you girls apparently know some games, would you mind recommending some to me?!

I'm sure it'll help me increase my reading levels, since I've been really looking for a way to do that recently. :3

I currently have a lot of late MEP parts so Ihave to conventrate on those. Plus my finals start next week, not to mention only the MirrorSelves RP inspires me right now. X.x but I WILL get this done!

Sure, sure, like I said, we're not asking you to do the inhumanely possible. And anyway, I'd much prefer a product that you're able to focus liberally on, rather than getting a piece that you worked on while your attention was split elsewhere, since it's such a high profile MEP.

I'm as patient as they come, so don't worry about it.

Neriede, could you by any chance upload the file to CFP's channel or something as unlisted? I'm having problems downloading it, first of all the download seems to take 3 hours and add to that that my computer crashes constantly because of a crappy processor, I can't get the file. I tried downloading it on my boyfriends computer, but it takes hours on that, too. x__x;

I don't get it, since the file isn't even that big! But that's just how it is and I can't possibly start my part before checking the 1-8 parts. :/
